Role Overview

We need someone who can own our digital presence end-to-end — from campaign strategy and paid ads to creating scroll-stopping content themselves. If you can plan a campaign in the morning, edit a Reel by afternoon, and design a graphic by evening, you're exactly who we're looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google
• Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, brand videos) in-house
• Design marketing creatives — social posts, banners, stories, and product visuals
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and projects
• Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely publishing

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
• Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and social media algorithms
• A portfolio showcasing both marketing work and creative content
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce marketing
• Knowledge of influencer coordination or UGC campaigns
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
