Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and action-oriented Digital Marketing Executive / Graphic Designer who can play a dual role: driving our digital marketing efforts (campaigns, social media, content marketing, etc.) and also designing high-quality visual assets. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product/Technical teams to promote our solutions and strengthen Securetrack’s brand presence across UAE and the wider Middle East. Job location is Calicut (with coordination with branches in UAE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email, and search engines (SEO/SEM).
- Create engaging visual and written content such as posters, banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, and presentations to promote the company’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity — ensuring all designs, visuals, and marketing materials follow a consistent and professional look.
- Manage and update website content with SEO-friendly text and visuals to improve visibility and user engagement.
- Work closely with the technical and sales teams to design visuals that explain solutions in ELV, AV, Automation, Security, and IT domains in a simple and appealing way.
- Plan and maintain a social media calendar, schedule posts, engage with followers, and increase brand awareness and audience reach.
- Track and analyse the performance of campaigns — prepare reports on website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with design and marketing trends to bring new creative ideas that strengthen the company’s brand presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4+ years preferably) in digital marketing + graphic design roles, preferably in B2B or technology / IT / AV / Security sectors.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating both marketing campaigns and graphic design work.
- Strong skills in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video / motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools: social media platforms, email marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEO tools.
- Good copywriting skills; ability to write / edit marketing copy; ensure brand voice consistency.
- Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of print production processes and preparing files for print.
- Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, draw insights, and adapt marketing strategies.
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, prioritize tasks; work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Strong communication skills.
