Job Title: Digital Marketing Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and drive business growth through innovative digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in multiple digital marketing channels, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Plan and oversee campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Monitor website analytics, digital campaigns, and conversion funnels to optimize ROI.

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams for integrated marketing efforts.

Manage digital budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Build and maintain a strong online brand presence and reputation management.

Implement automation tools, CRM integration, and performance tracking dashboards.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience (8–12 years) in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, Google Analytics, and content strategy.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or other digital tools are an added advantage.

Work Location :Kanjurmarg Mumbai Central Railway Line

Working days : Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm (second Saturday off)

Mode of Work : Work from office
