Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display Ads) for multiple clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) to develop engaging and results-driven digital assets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare client reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, tools, and platforms.
- Manage client communication, ensuring transparency, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Contribute to strategy development during client onboarding and campaign planning stages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience working with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.
