Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Display Ads) for multiple clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, content creators) to develop engaging and results-driven digital assets.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting for SEO and PPC campaigns.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
  • Prepare client reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, tools, and platforms.
  • Manage client communication, ensuring transparency, timelines, and deliverables are met.
  • Contribute to strategy development during client onboarding and campaign planning stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience working with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
