Role Overview

We’re looking for a visionary Digital Mojo Head to lead the agency’s overall strategy, growth, and digital marketing excellence.
This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can drive business expansion, mentor cross-functional teams, and steer client success through data-driven creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across all verticals — Branding, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, and Web Development.
• Oversee client success, campaign quality, and delivery timelines to ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Lead and inspire a 50+ member team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Design and execute growth strategies that align with agency and client objectives.
• Leverage analytics, insights, and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to shape Digital Mojo’s future roadmap and new service innovations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of leadership experience in a digital marketing agency (mandatory).
• Proven track record in brand building, social media strategy, and lead generation.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and creative campaign management.
• Experience leading large teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
