Job Title: Digital Marketing Head
Location: Thane (On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Head who has successfully scaled a D2C brand and can lead end-to-end digital growth for Zeel Climate Clothing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities across awareness, performance marketing, brand building, retention, and CRO.
You will own the digital P&L and drive revenue, ROAS, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and retention across all paid, owned, and channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute ROI-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Influencers, Affiliates, etc.
Scale budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC efficiency, and profitable growth.
Build full-funnel strategies across Paid → Organic → Retention.
2. Awareness & Brand Marketing
Build high-impact awareness campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, YouTube, and content marketing.
Drive top-of-funnel visibility for the brand across all climate-wear categories (Rainwear, Winterwear, Summerwear).
Create a strong digital presence using storytelling, brand films, lifestyle shoots, and awareness-led communication.
Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns for new launches and seasonal peaks.
3. D2C Website Growth
Own performance for zeelretail.com (Shopify) —traffic, conversion, AOV, CTR, and CRO.
4. Brand & Content Strategy
Plan and execute content calendars, photoshoots, reels, UGC assets, and creative assets for all channels.
Ensure brand consistency across paid ads, social media, marketplace content, emailers, and website creatives.
5. Retention & CRM
Build automated flows using Klaviyo / Mailchimp / WhatsApp automation.
Improve repeat rate, LTV, and customer experience through lifecycle communication.
6. Analytics & Insights
Monitor KPIs daily/weekly/monthly across all channels.
Expertise in GA4, Shopify Analytics, Ads Manager, and campaign reporting.
Provide insights-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Team & Budget Leadership
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Manage monthly budgets across awareness, performance, influencers, SEO, and CRM.
Work closely with founders and e-commerce head for quarterly and annual planning.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with proven success in scaling a D2C brand.
Strong experience in awareness marketing, performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and influencer marketing.
Ability to build integrated campaigns across TOFU, MOFU & BOFU.
Strong analytical skills and data-backed decision making.
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and automation tools.
Leadership qualities with ownership and execution discipline.
