SLBS Marklance is a leading EdTech platform focused on delivering job-oriented professional courses and career-focused training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategies and drive student enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.).
- Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on student acquisition and ROI.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights.
- Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, Designers).
- Collaborate with the Sales & Admissions team to ensure quality lead generation and conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in EdTech).
- Strong experience in performance marketing & lead generation.
- Proven experience in handling large marketing budgets.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Experience in team handling is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
