SLBS Marklance is a leading EdTech platform focused on delivering job-oriented professional courses and career-focused training programs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead our marketing strategies and drive student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on student acquisition and ROI.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights.
  • Oversee website performance, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, Designers).
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Admissions team to ensure quality lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in EdTech).
  • Strong experience in performance marketing & lead generation.
  • Proven experience in handling large marketing budgets.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Experience in team handling is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
