Digital Marketing Intern

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Intern who understands that marketing is about psychology, not just algorithms. You will be the voice of our brand, bridging the gap between our solutions and our audience's needs.

Type: Internship (3-6 Months) with potential for full-time.

About the Role: Are you obsessed with why some ads go viral while others flop? Do you love creating content and want to learn the psychology behind direct-response marketing? Bertrand and Bernard LLP is looking for a hungry, creative intern to join our marketing team.

What You Will Do:

• Content Creation: Assist in editing Reels/TikToks and designing social media graphics that align with our brand guidelines.
• Market Research: Research competitor ads and customer comments to identify current "pain points" and trends in the market.
• Scheduling & Posting: Manage the content calendar and ensure posts go live at optimal times.
• Engagement: Assist in replying to comments and fostering community interaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Visual Eye: You know what looks good. You have experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
• Curiosity: You are interested in learning how to communicate a brand's message effectively.
• Empathy: You can put yourself in the customer's shoes to understand what they need.
• Reliability: You meet deadlines and pay attention to detail.

Bonus Points If:

• You have run your own social media page or YouTube channel.
• You have a basic understanding of paid ads (Facebook/Google).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
