About Punchis Banda Rave

Punchis Banda Rave is a live event concept blending regional Mexican music, banda energy, and rave culture into one experience. Built for a new generation, Punchis is growing across multiple cities through high-energy shows, digital culture, and community-driven marketing.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Summer Intern who understands internet culture, moves fast, and wants real hands-on experience inside live event marketing.

What You’ll Help With

• Assist with social media content planning and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Help brainstorm campaign ideas for upcoming city launches, ticket pushes, and artist announcements
• Support community growth through digital engagement (comments, DMs, Discord, audience interaction)
• Research trends, creators, and viral content opportunities relevant to our audience
• Assist with influencer outreach and creator coordination
• Help organize marketing calendars, assets, and launch timelines
• Support paid ad prep and campaign organization when needed
• Be involved in real-time event marketing ideas and rollout strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media trends and Gen Z digital behavior
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working fast in a live-event environment
• Interest in music, nightlife, entertainment, or youth culture
• Basic design skills are a plus (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus
• Organized, proactive, and not afraid to bring ideas
