Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Creation:

• Create engaging posts and videos for various social media platforms
• Maintain daily posting schedules across all social channels
• Develop creative content strategies to increase engagement and followers

Website Management:

• Manage and update 5-7 company websites
• Create new landing pages as needed
• Perform SEO optimization on existing websites to improve search rankings
• Monitor website performance and user experience

Technical Support:

• Provide guidance and support to team members on computer-related issues
• Assist colleagues with basic technical questions and troubleshooting

Business Development:

• Generate innovative ideas to boost online business growth
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
• Experience with website development and management
• Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
• Basic web design skills for creating landing pages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and willingness to help team members
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
