QHire Human Resources is seeking a versatile professional who can seamlessly bridge the gap between Digital Marketing & IT support. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple platforms while ensuring the smooth functioning of the technical systems that support these activities. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize corporate presence across major platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns, monitor performance analytics, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Provide IT support, including troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, configuring systems, and maintaining office IT infrastructure.
- Support the integration of marketing tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven applications into daily business operations.
Technical Skills
- Strong command of all key social media platforms for professional use.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and others.
- Ability to stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and AI innovations in marketing.
- Practical knowledge of IT support functions, including system installation, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, complemented by technical/IT exposure.
- Strong analytical mindset with adaptability to evolving technologies.
