Digital Marketing Lead

As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will oversee the development, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click advertising (PPC), content marketing, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.), ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, and manage PPC campaigns to drive targeted traffic and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand.
  • Oversee social media presence, grow followers, and develop campaigns to boost engagement and brand recognition.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Work with leadership to allocate and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are used effectively for maximum impact.
  • Continuously research digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
