Growexx is hiring a
Digital Marketing Lead to own and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies. You’ll drive brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement through SEO, paid and organic campaigns, social media, content, events, and analytics.
- Oversee brand consistency, usability, and performance.
- Drive email marketing and automated campaigns to scale outreach, nurture leads, and grow brand presence within the compliance and AI ecosystem.
- Drive sign-ups, conversions, and user adoption through targeted campaigns.
- Create and publish blogs, newsletters, and whitepapers aligned with compliance and AI trends
- Organize and promote online compliance events, demos, and thought-leadership webinars.
- Collaborate with industry experts and regulatory professionals to strengthen brand authority.
- Define KPIs and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights on reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Explore partnerships with media and industry platforms to amplify brand
- Continuously monitor trends in AI, compliance, and RegTech marketing for innovative brand strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content, and performance marketing.
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, platforms, and technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns across Instagram, X (Twitter), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other paid media platforms.
- Oversee SEO/SEM strategy to maximize website traffic, keyword ranking, and organic lead generation.
- Create dashboards and monthly reports on campaign ROI, Performance metrics, engagement, lead generation, and funnel efficiency
- Expertise in SEO, performance marketing, and lead generation across digital channels.
- Proficient in analytics, marketing automation, and campaign management tools.
- Strong social media strategy, brand building, and online event promotion skills.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and awareness of industry trend.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in marketing, English, journalism or related field.
- Minimum 8+ Years’ experience in Digital Marketing IT Industry.
- Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.
