Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to manage and optimize Voiso’s digital advertising and lead-generation efforts across UAE & KSA. This role requires strong expertise in paid media, performance marketing, campaign optimization, and funnel management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize social media ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
  • Manage Google Ads including search, display, and retargeting campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance to improve CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROI
  • Develop A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Build lead-generation strategies for enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Define target audiences and customer journey workflows
  • Implement retargeting and nurturing sequences to improve conversions
  • Collaborate with sales for lead handoff and reporting

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Coordinate creation of ad creatives, visuals, and landing pages
  • Translate product features into compelling marketing content
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track daily performance metrics and dashboards
  • Deliver monthly performance insights to management
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM dashboards, and ad managers

Collaboration

  • Align messaging with product and sales teams
  • Coordinate with technical and content teams for marketing assets
  • Drive pre-event and post-event digital campaigns

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Experience running ads on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and funnels
  • CRM, marketing automation, and analytics experience
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical ability
  • GCC market experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, or Meta Media Buying
  • Experience in CX, Contact Center, or SaaS industry
