Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing professional who will own strategy, execution, and performance across paid, organic, and emerging digital channels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, growth thinking, and hands-on execution capability to drive brand visibility, qualified leads, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and revenue growth
- Own annual and quarterly digital marketing roadmaps with clearly defined KPIs
- Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Content, Social, and emerging channels (AEO / AI-driven search)
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Own budgets, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and lead quality metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve performance
SEO, Content & Organic Growth
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategy including Technical SEO, On-page, Off-page, and Local SEO
- Drive growth in non-branded organic traffic and high-intent keyword rankings
- Collaborate with content teams on blogs, landing pages, case studies, and thought leadership assets
- Work on AEO / GEO optimization for visibility in AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze user journeys and optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates
- Improve lead quality through form optimization, CTAs, UX, and funnel improvements
- Use tools like heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics platforms to derive insights
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and analyze performance using GA4, Google Search Console, CRM tools
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations
- Ensure accurate lead and revenue attribution across marketing channels
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams
- Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing with business goals
- Present performance updates, insights, and strategy recommendations to leadership
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience in Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, and CRO
- Proven ability to drive measurable growth and ROI
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI-driven search optimization is a strong plus
