We are hiring a Digital Marketing Lead who can own the entire marketing engine end-to-end — from strategy and positioning to execution, automation, analytics, and optimization.

This role is ideal for a modern, self-driven marketer who is deeply familiar with AI-powered marketing tools , understands growth mechanics, and can move fast without hand-holding.

You will not be “waiting for briefs.”


You will build, test, automate, and scale .


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Own and execute the full marketing strategy across digital channels
  • Translate business goals into measurable growth plans
  • Build funnels that generate leads, conversions, and revenue
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns

Content & Brand Execution

  • Oversee content strategy across social, email, landing pages, and ads
  • Use AI tools to ideate, generate, refine, and repurpose content
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all platforms

Performance & Paid Media

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
  • A/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and funnels

AI & Marketing Automation

  • Leverage AI tools for:
  • Content creation & optimization
  • Audience research & segmentation
  • Ad creative generation
  • Email marketing & personalization
  • Reporting & insights
  • Build automated workflows for lead nurturing and CRM updates

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track and analyze performance using dashboards and analytics tools
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable decisions
  • Report results, trends, and recommendations to leadership

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, sales, and operations
  • Align marketing initiatives with revenue and business priorities



Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Marketer or Growth Marketer
  • Strong understanding of the full digital marketing ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership
  • Strong communication skills (English required)
