Digital Marketing Lead

One of my client is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead with 4–7 years of experience to drive international B2B lead generation for our data, digital, and software consulting business. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage paid campaigns, SEO, content, and funnel growth while helping build the company’s marketing function.

What you’ll do:
Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, improve SEO and website traffic, create marketing content, build lead funnels, and track campaign performance.

What we need:
Experience in digital/growth marketing, strong paid ads and SEO knowledge, B2B lead generation skills, and an analytical mindset are required. Experience in IT services or software marketing is a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for international markets
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through inbound marketing
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Improve SEO, website traffic, and conversion performance
  • Develop content for website, landing pages, blogs, and LinkedIn
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with business development, design, and web teams

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital or growth marketing
  • Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation
  • Strong analytical skills and campaign optimisation experience

Experience in IT services, software, or international B2B marketing is preferred
