Advertising Manager (E-Commerce Growth)

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce platform empowering entrepreneurs to launch and scale Shopify stores through AI-powered product discovery, ad optimization, and store management tools. We are seeking an Advertising Manager to own and expand our paid growth initiatives while supporting campaigns across our ecosystem.

This role combines performance marketing, e-commerce growth, and client support, making it ideal for someone passionate about scaling products and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

· Optimize campaigns for sales, ROAS, and customer acquisition.

· Conduct creative, audience, and funnel testing to identify and scale high-performing campaigns.

· Collaborate with designers and creators to produce compelling ad content.

· Advise sellers and partners on advertising strategies and best practices.

· Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights to drive growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid ads for e-commerce brands.

· Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads platforms.

· Demonstrated success managing performance campaigns and advertising budgets.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance data analysis, creative testing, and client communication.

Preferred / Bonus Skills

· Experience with Shopify or direct-to-consumer brands.

· Experience running UGC or influencer campaigns.

· Track record managing ads for multiple brands or clients simultaneously.
