Digital Marketing & Listings Coordinator

We are seeking a Digital Marketing & Listings Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing property listings on online portals, handling social media posting, and ensuring high-quality marketing content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Optimize listings with high-quality images, videos, and engaging descriptions to attract potential clients.
• Handle daily social media posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop creative marketing content, including graphics, reels, and promotional materials.
• Monitor ad performance, track leads, and optimize campaigns to improve reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistency in branding and marketing efforts across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate property information and timely updates.
• Stay updated with trends in real estate marketing and social media algorithms.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with property listing portals and social media marketing.
• Strong content creation skills (basic graphic design, video editing is a plus).
• Ability to write compelling property descriptions and ad copy.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and SEO is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or social media scheduling software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
