About the role

The role involves leading our digital presence, managing social media and content, executing data-driven campaigns, and driving brand growth and engagement. We’re looking for a strategic and creative professional passionate about digital marketing and brand building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage a strategic social media content calendar across all key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) to strengthen brand positioning
  • Content Creation: Create and curate compelling, high-quality content (text, image, video), such as social media posts, sales and product collateral etc, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. These also include case studies, white papers, blogs, infographics, videos, and newsletters to showcase thought leadership.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, design and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media ads etc) and monitor their performance to optimize ROI.
  • SEO & SEM: Maximize search engine optimization (SEO) for all content from website to social media posts. Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts and oversee search engine marketing campaigns to improve online visibility.
  • Run Events/Webinars: Plan and coordinate events/webinars to engage prospects and clients while positioning the company as an industry leader.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other reporting dashboards.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update website content using a CMS (e.g. WordPress), ensuring it is current and SEO-friendly.
  • Branding Guidelines: Define, implement, and enforce branding guidelines to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and offline assets. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media graphics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and campaign results is a significant plus.
