Digital Marketing Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities


1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan quarterly campaigns across LinkedIn, Google SEM, and SEO.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Manage paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google SEM) to drive qualified B2B leads.
  • Track and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROI.

3. SEO & ASO

  • Optimize website SEO to increase organic traffic, rankings, and inbound leads.
  • Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts for Cregis Wallet.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide weekly/monthly reports.
  • Leverage data insights to refine strategies and budget allocation.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, BD, Compliance, and Design teams to deliver impactful campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing (Fintech, SaaS, or Crypto/Web3 preferred).
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation, SEO/SEM, and paid media management.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot (or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
