We're expanding our Lahore office and looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our digital presence.

Role Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Vairt, you will oversee all digital marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, optimize conversion funnels, and manage brand visibility across digital channels. You will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and monitor performance metrics to optimize ROI.
• Lead SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Oversee the content strategy for website, blogs, email, and social platforms.
• Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Smartlead.ai, Instantly.ai).
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to launch data-driven campaigns.
• Generate monthly reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
• Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and email marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
