Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating qualified leads, and improving customer engagement through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, display ads, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee SEO strategy to improve organic rankings, website visibility, and traffic growth.
  • Lead the content strategy, ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with brand goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.), and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Handle digital marketing budget and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation and CRM integration for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3–6 years) as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to meet business goals.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of WordPress/Shopify or CMS platforms.
  • Experience in video marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX and website optimization techniques.
  • Google Ads and HubSpot certifications are a plus.
