Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Experience Required: 3–7 years in Digital Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate quality leads. The role requires expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, paid campaigns, analytics, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will have proven success in managing teams and optimizing ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Lead content strategy for blogs, social media, email, and digital assets.
  • Optimize company website and landing pages for user experience and lead conversion.
  • Plan and manage budgets for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools.
  • Drive marketing automation and CRM integrations to improve customer journey.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, and brand collaborations.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platforms, and competitor activities.
  • Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz), and social media management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (including GA4), Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in running ROI-driven performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of email marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B lead generation (as per industry).
  • Creative thinking with data-driven decision-making ability.
  • Team leadership and cross-department collaboration.
