QSAS Marketing department is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of the digital landscape, capable of driving business growth, enhancing brand presence, and optimizing all digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that align with our business objectives, with a specific focus on driving sales and improving market share.
Responsibilities:
-Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns brand goals and target audience behavior.
Oversee the content calendar and ensure consistent, high-quality content across all social platforms.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback to refine strategy.
Drive community engagement and manage the brand's social media reputation.
- Paid Media & Media Buying:
Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to achieve campaign objectives.
-HubSpot Platform Management:
Serve as the primary administrator for the HubSpot platform.
Utilize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integration to support sales funnels.
Generate and analyze reports from HubSpot to track campaign performance and customer journey insights.
Driving Sales & Performance Analysis:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and generate qualified leads through digital channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify new growth opportunities.
Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management to optimize marketing spend and strategy.
-Social Listening & Brand Reputation Management:
Implement social listening tools and processes to monitor brand mentions, industry conversations, and customer sentiment.
* Actively manage the brand’s online reputation and respond to customer feedback in a timely and professional manner.
-Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits, and content optimization to enhance search visibility.
Stay updated with the latest SEO best practices and algorithm changes.
Other Professional Capabilities:
Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team or external agency partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
Manage and oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong practical knowledge and experience with paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
* Demonstrable expertise in managing and leveraging HubSpot for marketing and sales alignment.
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
* Deep understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and content strategy.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
