Position: Digital Marketing Manager

SunDance is an innovative marketing communications company offering solutions in design, print, direct marketing, large format, packaging, and fulfillment. We are seeking a forward-thinking Digital Marketing Manager to lead SunDance’s digital marketing strategy, CRM/HubSpot management, and AI-driven initiatives. This role is key in building brand awareness, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement through data-driven and creative marketing execution.

Core Responsibilities

Website & SEO

  • Manage website content, SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, and lead generation strategy
  • Develop content strategy including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and video integration
  • Produce and edit original video content to enhance website storytelling and engagement
  • Monitor and optimize site performance (traffic, indexing, backlinks, site speed, etc.)

Public Relations

  • Identify PR opportunities and draft/distribute press releases
  • Track and amplify earned media across digital channels

Social Media (SoMe)

  • Develop strategy and editorial calendars for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Plan, produce, and edit self-created videos for campaigns, blog content, and social posts
  • Coordinate supporting visuals and written content to maintain brand voice
  • Measure effectiveness and deliver actionable insights on engagement

HubSpot / CRM Management

  • Oversee database integrity, segmentation, and enrichment
  • Build and optimize workflows, sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns
  • Maintain and update HubSpot sales enablement tools and content
  • Provide dashboards, reporting, and training to ensure adoption across the sales and marketing teams

AI Integration

  • Deploy AI tools for content generation, lead scoring, predictive analytics, personalization, and chatbots
  • Test, refine, and recommend emerging AI solutions for competitive advantage
  • Educate internal stakeholders on AI use cases and adoption

Campaigns & Email Automation

  • Manage monthly newsletters and targeted email campaigns
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, templates, and CTAs to optimize results
  • Leverage HubSpot automation and AI to boost engagement, deliverability, and conversions

The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a creator — someone who can design the big-picture marketing roadmap while also rolling up their sleeves to produce engaging video content and deploy AI-driven marketing solutions.
