Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and healthcare-specific forums. The role requires a strong focus on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the content, communications, and design teams to ensure campaign messaging is effective, consistent, and aligned with CareCloud’s global brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and establish processes for lead nurturing, conversion tracking, and ROI measurement.
- Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximum impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content and communications, to design creative assets and messaging for campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, healthcare IT, SaaS, and revenue cycle management.
- Enhance search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase online visibility.
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing and retargeting campaigns to engage prospects and clients.
- Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook campaigns, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and CRM integration.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
