Job Title - Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns (primarily on Meta platforms). The ideal candidate will also contribute to broader digital marketing efforts—SEO, content, analytics, etc.—and drive measurable ROI. This is a hands-on role based in our Lavelle Road office.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social / Meta Ads (Primary Focus)
- Plan, create, launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta properties.
- Perform audience research, segmentation, and targeting (lookalikes, custom audiences, A/B testing).
- Design and test ad creatives (images, videos, carousel, copy) in collaboration with designers and content team.
- Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, conversions, etc.), analyze performance and iteratively optimize.
- Manage budgets and pacing, ensuring efficient spend and meeting targets.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance metrics.
Broader Digital Marketing
- Support or lead other paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc.) as needed.
- Work with SEO & content teams to support organic growth.
- Manage landing pages, conversion funnels, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Track, report and interpret digital marketing metrics via analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats/features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product) to align marketing efforts.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns (for B2C or B2B).
- Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns with strong ROAS / KPI performance.
- Experience with A/B testing, creative testing, and optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing mix (SEM, SEO, display, email & social).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Ads Manager, reporting dashboards).
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication & collaboration skills; capable of coordinating with creatives, content, product, and sales teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in social media advertising, privacy changes (e.g. iOS updates), etc.
