Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email, content marketing.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Oversee content creation (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages) aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers when necessary.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
