Digital Marketing Manager

India

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, SEM, email, content marketing.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages) aligned with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROI) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,263.99 - ₹44,658.34 per month
