Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy Leadership
Develop and implement a visionary digital marketing strategy to amplify Contexio’s brand presence and drive business goals.

2. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more to achieve measurable results.

3. Social Media & Content Creation
Lead content creation and manage social media channels to engage and grow our audience.

4. SEO and Analytics Mastery
Oversee SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies for optimal ROI.

5. Innovation & Trend Leadership
Stay ahead of the curve by adopting emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.

6. Creative Execution
Utilize design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop to create visually impactful content aligned with brand guidelines.

7. Team Collaboration & Leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (digital marketing certification is a plus)

2. Experience:
5 - 10 years of proven experience in digital marketing, including expertise in social media management, content creation, and paid campaigns.

3. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Hootsuite.
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.

4. Soft Skills:
Strong communication, analytical skills, creativity, organizational abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

5. Passion: A drive to stay updated on digital marketing innovations and deliver exceptional results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
