We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a hospitality group that holds 3 brands under.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our website.
- Utilize SEO tools to conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to engage target audiences.
- Create compelling content for various channels including blogs, email newsletters, and social media posts that align with brand messaging.
- Oversee Google Ads and SEM campaigns to maximize ROI through effective targeting and conversion optimization.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve lead nurturing processes.
- Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for use in digital content creation.
- Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is updated with fresh content and optimized for user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools, including keyword research and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of social media management strategies and advertising platforms such as Facebook Advertising.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM, email marketing strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for basic website management tasks is preferred.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for effective content publishing.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop or similar software are a plus.
