About RowCal

RowCal is redefining HOA management by combining local, neighborly service with the expertise of a national team. We partner with homeowner associations of all sizes, from single-family neighborhoods to condo-style communities, to simplify operations, strengthen governance, and keep communities running smoothly. Unlike traditional HOA firms that rely on one overextended manager, our model pairs each community with a dedicated manager backed by a team of specialists in finance, maintenance, and capital projects. This means our clients get the expertise of many with the simplicity of one—and our employees enjoy the support, tools, and resources they need to do their best work. At RowCal, you’ll be part of a team that values collaboration, invests in your growth, and believes in building long-term relationships with both our communities and our people.
