Cornerstone Healing Center is a leading behavioral health organization headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals and families affected by substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

As we continue to expand both our in-person and virtual programs throughout Arizona, and move into new out-of-state markets, Cornerstone is investing in a unified, data-informed marketing strategy to support sustainable growth.

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and executing full-funnel digital strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive admissions for our growing programs.

Position offers up to a 10% performance bonus.

JOB SUMMARY: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Cornerstone’s digital growth initiatives across all channels — including paid media, social media, email automation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

This role combines strategy, analytics, and creativity to develop campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospective clients for both in-person and virtual treatment programs. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of growth marketing fundamentals, understands how to connect data with storytelling, and can manage multiple performance channels cohesively to achieve measurable results.

As Cornerstone expands across Arizona and into new states, the Digital Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead strategic campaigns for new program launches and virtual product expansion.
  • Develop new growth frameworks and scalable automation systems.
  • Advance into a Director of Growth & Experience role as the marketing department expands nationally.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and admissions.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Lead retargeting and re-engagement campaigns to convert warm audiences into inquiries.
  • Design and manage email automation workflows for lead nurturing, referral outreach, and reactivation.
  • Oversee organic and paid social media strategy, ensuring consistent voice, content planning, and cross-channel alignment.
  • Analyze and optimize conversion funnels across website, landing pages, and form submissions.
  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist to ensure cohesive strategies between paid, organic, and content initiatives.
  • Partner with design, content, and admissions teams to align messaging, creative assets, and campaign objectives.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports to communicate results and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Research and pilot new digital growth channels or technologies that enhance lead generation efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, or other service-based industries.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM or automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Experience in social media management and content strategy.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization, multi-channel attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating cross-functionally.Must hold Valid and active/unrestricted Arizona Driver's License

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):

  • Growth in qualified lead volume and admission conversions.
  • Channel efficiency (CPA, ROAS, ROMI).
  • Funnel conversion improvements across paid, social, and email.
  • Engagement and retention metrics from automation campaigns.
  • Audience growth and engagement across social platforms.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND ATTITUDES REQUIRED

  • Familiarity with HIPAA, ADA, and ethical considerations in health-related content.
  • Ability to plan and organize workload and manage deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain and demonstrate ethical professional standards and demeanor, including the confidentiality of employee and patient data, and other sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated competence with, and continued commitment to respect for cultural differences and diversity, protecting patient rights.
  • Recognition of the limits of one’s own professional expertise and the willingness to seek supervision and/or support, as needed: and
  • Has completed all the requirements above including the ability to pass background checks required by Cornerstone Healing Center.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
