Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand, projects, and services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media management, digital advertising, and online branding in the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
• Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content for all social media channels.
• Plan and execute Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to generate leads.
• Manage and optimize the company’s Google My Business (GMB) profile for better visibility.
• Handle WhatsApp API / bulk WhatsApp marketing tools for promotions and customer communication.
• Use AI tools to create engaging marketing videos and visual content.
• Manage and update the company website, ensuring SEO optimization and updated project information.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the construction and real estate sector to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with AI content creation tools and video editing software.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and website content management.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
