We are now seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand’s digital presence and support our growth across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Shoot, edit, and produce videos for social media promotions, product highlights, in-store activities, and events.
- Design posters, flyers, banners, and digital creatives for both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and optimize performance for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to align content with store promotions and seasonal offers.
- Oversee SEO strategies and website performance to improve online visibility and traffic.
- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in retail marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, FMCG, or e-commerce.
- Proven experience in social media management, video creation, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
