Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage innovative social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and publish engaging, original content (text, image, and video) across platforms — Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to measure social media performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online communities.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong visual aesthetics.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Meta Business Suite.
• Analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
