Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing & Growth Focus)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead, execute, and optimize our digital marketing and performance-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong focus on SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, Technical), PPC, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Revenue-focused Campaigns.
You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, improving conversions, enhancing our online presence, and boosting sales and ROI through data-driven marketing strategies.
Note: Immediate joiners will be preferred.Key Responsibilities1. SEO Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Oversee On-Page SEO (keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, internal linking).
- Manage Off-Page SEO (backlink building, outreach strategies).
- Conduct Technical SEO audits to resolve site architecture, indexing, and crawlability issues.
2. PPC Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copies, and optimize bids for maximum ROI.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to meet business objectives.
3. Performance Marketing
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through targeted performance marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Utilize A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis to improve performance outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and business revenue targets.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CAC, CLTV, and conversion rates.
4. Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Manage content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Track social media metrics and optimize content to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
5. Ad Campaign Management
- Design, execute, and manage online advertising campaigns (Display, Video, Native, Retargeting).
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful ad creatives and messaging.
- Continuously analyze ad performance to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Meta Ads Manager to track performance.
- Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting ROI, conversion metrics, and campaign insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Strategy and Planning
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth and revenue goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in digital and performance marketing.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels to scale user acquisition and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, and Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of scaling sales and revenue through digital marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (advanced certifications preferred).
- Deep understanding of Performance Marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
