Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, located in New Cairo. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing campaigns, lead digital strategy development, manage social media accounts, analyze web performance, and implement lead generation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to achieve marketing objectives and ensure brand consistency across all channels.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, and Marketing strategies
  • Skills in Social Media Marketing and managing social platforms
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective Lead Generation strategies
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and CRM systems
  • Experience in managing regional or industry-specific campaigns is a plus
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Develop, implement, and refine multi-platform social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across key channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Manage paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking, to support promotional initiatives and subscriber growth.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic publication of posts aligned with key company milestones, releases, and events.
  • Ensure all content adheres to copyright, privacy, and platform-specific guidelines, particularly in the context of media and streaming content.
  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) managing social media accounts for media, entertainment, or streaming brands, with a proven track record of growing audiences and engagement.
  • Advanced proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), and mobile video editing applications.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, native platform insights) and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences .
  • Deep familiarity with the latest trends, features, and algorithms on major social platforms, especially those popular in Egypt and Gulf
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a remote, part-time setting.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism in digital interactions.
  • Knowledge of copyright and digital media compliance standards relevant to streaming and media content.
