Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with global clients, ensuring consistent satisfaction and retention

Understand client goals and craft tailored digital strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
Team Leadership

Lead and inspire a team of marketing executives to deliver performance-driven results across multiple accounts

Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work culture
Campaign Management

Oversee PPC, SEO, and social media strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead quality

Drive the development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
Innovation & Strategic Growth

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platforms, and technologies to introduce innovative approaches

Identify opportunities for client growth and propose strategies that maximize ROI
Client Presentations & Business Development

Lead client meetings and performance reviews, offering actionable insights and data-backed recommendations

Contribute to new business pitches and help expand the agency’s client portfolio
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and strategic insights

Use analytics to optimize marketing activities and guide decision-making
Budget Management

Manage and forecast digital marketing budgets effectively

Ensure optimal allocation of resources aligned with client goals and campaign performance
Requirements

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting

Proven experience managing a team of 5–10 professionals

Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Up-to-date knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools

Candidates must have completed education from CBSE or ICSE board
