POSITION OVERVIEW

The Digital Marketing Manager serves as the bridge between marketing strategy and digital execution — leading digital projects that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Belmar’s brands. This role manages marketing automation (Pardot), AI Email (6sense), and persona-driven campaigns, ensuring every initiative aligns with Belmar’s growth goals and brand standards.

You'll be joining a creative and collaborative marketing team who are passionate about educating audiences about women's health, longevity, and personalized hormone therapies. You’ll collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations to bring digital campaigns to life — managing timelines, vendors, data, and performance metrics from concept to conversion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of B2B digital marketing campaigns, ensuring sales conversions and alignment across departments and timely delivery.

  • Develop project timelines, deliverable lists, and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI.

  • Manage cross-functional communication between marketing, creative, sales, and IT teams.

Marketing Automation (Pardot)

  • Design and implement email workflows, nurture campaigns, and lead scoring models.

  • Manage segmentation strategies using Salesforce data and persona-based targeting.

  • Analyze campaign results and optimize performance based on data insights.

AI Email (6sense)

  • Collaborate with sales teams to align outreach and content strategies to key buying stages.

  • Monitor 6sense dashboards and provide actionable insights on pipeline opportunities.

Persona Development

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to refine and maintain detailed prescriber personas.

  • Use persona insights to tailor messaging, creative, and content journeys across channels.

  • Ensure all digital touchpoints are aligned to persona needs and decision-making behaviors.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs across platforms — Pardot, 6sense, Salesforce, and Google Analytics — to assess performance and ROI.

  • Report findings and recommendations for improvement to leadership.

  • Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization across campaigns and platforms.

Other Digital Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain website pages, including campaign landing pages.

  • Implement minor design changes and improvements to enhance user experience and site traffic.

  • Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement.

  • Ensure all design and content align with branding guidelines

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns
