- Campaign Execution: Work with managers to deploy digital campaigns across assigned channels and platforms. Execute tests, collect data, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance data. Identify trends and insights to include in reports—present reports to provide campaign recaps, recommendations, and next steps.
- Project Management: Coordinate with creative, sales, and technology teams to keep campaigns on schedule and budget.
- Research: Conduct market research on trends, tools, and best practices to implement in campaigns. Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform updates.
- Communication skills: Collaborate across teams and report data insights and recommendations
- Analytical skills: Identify data trends and opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Project management: Coordinate resources and activities to complete campaigns on time and budget
- Familiarity with digital platforms and tools: Experience managing campaigns on search, social, and email is essential
