A. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to attract potential property buyers, sellers, or renters.
  • Integrate CRM with lead generation platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, real estate portals, etc.).
  • Track and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.

B. CRM Management & Automation

  • Set up and maintain CRM workflows for lead nurturing and sales tracking.
  • Automate follow-ups, reminders, and email drip campaigns.
  • Ensure leads are categorized (hot, warm, cold) and assigned to the right agents.
  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor agent performance, deal pipeline, and ROI.

C. Brand Awareness & Digital Presence

  • Manage social media accounts, real estate listings, and online reputation.
  • Implement SEO strategies for the company website and property listings.
  • Run content marketing campaigns (blogs, virtual tours, video walkthroughs).

D. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, CRM reports) to measure marketing ROI.
  • Present weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
  • Use CRM data to improve campaign targeting and audience segmentation.

E. Collaboration with Sales & Tech Teams

  • Align marketing campaigns with sales goals.
  • Train the sales team on CRM usage and data management.
  • Work with developers to integrate CRM with websites, chatbots, and third-party tools.

CRM & Software Knowledge

  • CRM Platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Propertybase, Realtyna, Bitrix24, Follow Up Boss
  • Integrations: Zapier, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, WhatsApp Business API
  • Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM Dashboards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,529.36 per month
