Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Identify the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Campaign Management
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads, website, content marketing, etc.).
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize to maximize ROI.
  • Content & Branding
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop engaging and relevant content for digital platforms.
  • Manage the company’s online presence and reputation.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, CTRs, etc.).
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights to management.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to inform strategy adjustments.
  • SEO & Website Management
  • Oversee website updates, landing page optimization, and UX improvements.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor digital marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, IT) to ensure marketing alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing (depending on role seniority).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,286.46 - ₹65,402.79 per month
