Hogwarts Studios is a premium content creation and production studio in Gurgaon, specialising in podcasts, brand shoots, and end-to-end content solutions. We help personal brands and businesses scale through high-impact visual content, storytelling, and strategic social media management.

We are looking for a Marketing & Content Manager who can own our social media growth, manage podcast content strategy, and drive audience engagement while building Hogwarts Studios as a leading digital content brand.

Key Responsibilities - Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and execute a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and community building
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform opportunities
• Work with editors & designers to produce high-performing content
• Track performance and prepare weekly analytics reports

Podcast Content & Management

• Manage full podcast content pipeline (guest research → scripting → promotions → clip ideation)
• Create compelling hooks, scripts, titles, and descriptions optimized for viral reach
• Coordinate with guests, production team, and internal stakeholders
• Develop a podcast promotion strategy to maximise reach and engagement
• Convert long-form podcast into high-impact short-form reels and YouTube content

Content Strategy & Execution

• Build content themes, storytelling formats, and audience-first strategies
• Ideate campaign concepts for clients and internal brand marketing
• Manage shoots, briefing creators, scripting, and overseeing execution
• Write engaging captions, email copies, and marketing content

Marketing Growth & Lead Generation

• Assist in creating strategies to generate inbound leads for Hogwarts Studios
• Collaborate on campaigns to improve brand visibility
• Work with founders to build long-term brand narrative

Requirements

Must-have:

• 2+ years of experience in social media & content management
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn algorithms
• Experience managing podcasts and content creation workflows
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Creative thinker with strong execution mindset
• Ability to manage teams, editors, and shoot coordination
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Good to have:

• Worked with brands, influencers, or media companies
• Understanding of performance marketing and analytics tools
• Interest in content storytelling, trends, and digital culture
• Experience in scriptwriting, podcasting, or video production
