Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key leadership role in managing MTP’s marketing services function — planning, executing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies for our clients and in-house ventures.
You’ll lead a talented team of content writers, designers, and SEO specialists, ensuring that every campaign is strategically designed, creatively executed, and performance driven. This role combines client management, strategic thinking, and strong technical understanding of digital channels to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for clients across different industries.
- Manage and mentor a growing in-house marketing team (content, design, SEO, and social media).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audiences, and brand positioning.
- Plan and oversee SEO, paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, videos, landing pages, and social media content.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure high ROI through performance-based strategies.
- Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with MTP’s business and product teams to align marketing services with client growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.
- Strong background in managing campaigns for multiple clients or brands (preferably in an agency or tech environment).
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content strategy.
- Proven experience in planning and executing performance-based marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and Notion.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
- Ability to lead creative and technical marketing teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with software development companies, startups, or venture studios.
- Understanding brand strategy, growth funnels, and marketing automation.
- Strong creative direction capabilities — guiding design and content for cohesive brand storytelling.
- Experience building marketing processes and scaling the marketing services department.
