Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Company: MANUFACUTURING PLANT

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Reports To: President – Marketing

SALARY - 6 TO 7 LPA

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong command over SEO, SEM, social media marketing, web analytics, and digital advertising tools.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing COMPANY ’ digital marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, drive qualified leads, and support overall business growth. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-efficient performance across all online platforms.
  • Identify new digital opportunities and trends to strengthen COMPANY ’ online presence.

2. Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website performance, content management, and user experience optimization.
  • Implement strong SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to enhance site functionality and engagement metrics.

3. Paid Media & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Track ROI, optimize ad spends, and ensure alignment with lead generation and branding objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support B2B lead pipelines and conversion tracking.

4. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Build and manage COMPANY ’ brand identity on social platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop content calendars and collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging digital content — graphics, videos, and articles.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and strengthen online community interactions.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
  • Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to management with actionable insights.
  • Use analytics to refine strategies and enhance digital ROI.
