Digital Marketing Manager
position at
Tersane İstanbul
will be responsible for overseeing Digital Performance at the entire facility.
Responsibilities:

Plan, develop and execute annual/monthly digital marketing plan including online distribution management, social media, paid advertising, mobile marketing, tracking and analysis.

Manage strategy for the Hotel and restaurant partners’ social media channels, including content calendar creation, post scheduling and community management to curate engaging content that showcases Brand DNA while increasing audience size and engagement.

Develop paid media briefs and manage schedule, content, and performance in tandem with agency.

Works closely with each department at Hotel to identify and produce social media content opportunities.

Review SEO ranking and reporting with corporate and agency to implement SEO improvements for Hotel website.

Analyze sentiment metrics and own online reputation management, including all third-party sites for the Hotel’s business segments.

Drive online traffic through digital marketing campaign.

Establish goals, measure performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals.

Analyze return on investment of digital campaigns and utilize data to enhance digital marketing strategy.

Perform Search Engine optimization / Search Engine Marketing functions to drive ROI and conversion rate from direct web bookings.

Maintain hotel website and mobile app in multiple languages and coordinate enhancements to the site design and layout.

Conduct regular audits to ensure website is optimized for high quality custom images, contents and links.

Proofread all online marketing materials including website is optimized for high quality custom images, content, reservation templates, e-newsletters.

Regularly audit content, images and star rating on OTAs and Meta Search sites.

Execute OTA marketing and merchandising tactics as needed (eg; Expedia Travel ads). Build strong partnership with OTA partners.

Maintain the image library and ensure that all online photo and video content, written content, promotions, advertising and other resort materials are in keeping with Rixos guidelines and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation.

Stay up-to-date and communicate industry and competitive trends, with a focus in the international online travel landscape.

Develop, execute, manage and analyze social media and digital marketing campaigns to support audience outreach and marketing goals for the resort.

Manage and execute effective ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube.

Conduct a benchmark regularly with key competitors (local, national, international) and in the luxury space (travel, retail) to determine opportunities to improve our Digital position.
Required Skills

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree.

Five to seven years of experience in a digital marketing capacity including management of multiple social media handles.

Fluent English communication proficiency.

Experience in creating digital strategies to drive consumer engagement.

Photography and video skills and an eye for aesthetic.

Attention to detail and organization.

Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.

Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
