Job Role & Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Growth Management

• Build complete digital marketing strategies for clients and in-house projects
• Identify new trends, algorithm updates, and viral opportunities
• Implement AI tools for automation, content creation, analytics & workflows
• Create funnels for lead generation, retargeting & conversion optimization

2. Team Leadership

• Manage & guide a team of marketers, designers, editors, and content creators
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and improve productivity
• Conduct weekly strategy meetings & training sessions
• Maintain high execution quality and deadline management

3. Performance Marketing & Analytics

• Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads & retargeting campaigns
• Reduce CPL, increase ROI, and scale working campaigns
• Set up tracking: GA4, Pixel, CAPI, UTM, GTM
• Analyze data & provide detailed weekly reports

4. Organic Marketing & Content

• Oversee content strategy for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & FB
• Create hooks, scripts, content ideas, and viral strategies
• Work with the creative team to produce reels, shorts & ad creatives
• Build community, engagement & audience growth

5. AI Strategy Implementation

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for:
• Content automation
• Ad copy creation
• Customer support
• CRM workflows
• Lead nurturing
• Build automated pipelines & systems for clients

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI tools
• Experience in managing teams & handling client communication
• Strong knowledge of funnels, paid ads, and organic growth
• Creative and data-driven mindset
• Ability to build new strategies from scratch
