Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Plan monthly and quarterly online campaigns.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan content calendars, oversee posts, and handle engagement.
3. Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and analytics.
4. Website & SEO
- Oversee website updates, user experience, and landing pages.
- Improve organic traffic through SEO strategies (on-page & off-page).
5. Content Planning
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for creative assets.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Manager, and others.
- Create weekly/monthly performance reports.
7. Email & SMS Marketing
- Manage email campaigns, newsletters, SMS promotions, and automations.
8. Brand Building
- Assist in online reputation management (reviews, ratings, customer responses).
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
