Job description:

As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive high- quality leads, signups, and conversions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, and Revenue) to plan and execute scalable performance campaigns that drive growth efficiently, while constantly experimenting with creative, audience, and funnel optimization.

This role requires both strategic depth and hands-on execution — ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, analytical, and result-oriented environment.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

Performance Strategy & Planning-

● Own the end-to-end paid marketing funnel — from awareness to lead conversion.

● Develop and manage the monthly media plan and performance marketing calendar across channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, affiliates, etc.).

● Collaborate with leadership to define CAC, LTV, ROI, and other key growth metrics.

Execution & Optimization-

● Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other high-performing digital platforms.

● Optimize campaigns daily for ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and conversion rate metrics.

● Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

● Collaborate with design and content teams to build high-performing ad creatives and video assets.

Analytics & Reporting-

● Track and report performance metrics with actionable insights and growth recommendations.

● Work with product and analytics teams to implement conversion tracking, attribution

models, and retargeting frameworks.

● Monitor competitor campaigns, benchmark spends, and identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration & Leadership-

● Partner with the organic, CRM, and product teams to drive holistic funnel performance.

● Mentor and guide junior performance marketers and agency partners.

● Present campaign performance and ROI summaries to leadership monthly.

Skills Required :

● 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing at a mid to large-tier e-commerce or consumer tech company.

● Strong command of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

● Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, and ad management tools.

● Hands-on experience managing monthly spends of ₹20–50 lakhs or higher.

● Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, and performance metrics.

● Excellent analytical, quantitative, and Excel/Sheets skills.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

● Prior experience in EdTech, online learning, or marketplaces.

● Experience with App performance marketing (Firebase, MMP tools like Adjust/Appsflyer).

● Understanding of conversion optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.

● Exposure to affiliate, influencer, or partnership-based marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
